The Nucleus Online Team at Fox Atomic, a studio at 20th Century Fox promoted films and community around the horror and comedy genres favorited by teenage audiences. We burned hot. But never did we burn out. We did things that had never been done before. We had a lot of fun doing the work. We took on impossible last minute projects others had failed in delivery and turned them into something extra special each time. Fox Atomic was one of my favorite teams. I had direct hires and contractors numbering in the 40s. With that team we operated around the clock, with groups in remote locations to keep progress flowing. We were regarded as a website of reference for design innovators at the time as we invented some of the standards for UI and UX still seen today. It was a privilege of a lifetime to lead that team.
