FantaSea Yachts Event Management System
A standard in its industry, FantaSea Yachts already had an established market presence and 2 decades plus of experience managing large events of all types at their Marina del Rey location. Together, we ideated and built a first of its kind event management system years ahead of its time in features, usability, and performance. For reference, airlines didn't even yet allow selecting a seat online. Our solution did everything from selection of flower arrangements and linens to catering and drinks and even gift registries and guest list management by the clients through the portal. This turned into streamlined workflows and an increase in the number of events that could be effectively managed by each event manager. Back in 2001 we offered a glimpse into what simplified user experiences for traditionally complex operations and logistics would be able to accomplish. A Proposal System established the preceding workflow in which potential clients received custom proposals in full color pdfs with imagery and costing dynamically within a 15 minute session with that subsystem.
